Question: why does the trunk lid look so different? Seems to have more of a CSL shape than normal US spec with a M lip on it?

I'm in San Ramon area. Front lip lightly kisses the ground if you are not careful with angles in drive ways. The lip is only 350.00 for a new one.. The last car was like 1700 from Slek. If you hit it, its a bit more painful to deal with.
