Lovely pics.

The car - To me, the suspension drop (to the point of rubbing) and ridiculous camber makes it look very ricey. Maimed a wonderful CS car, IMO.

To each, his own I guess.

You can DM or email Mark. He's a wheel specialist. Hit him up for any refinishing or rebuilding projects. I bought a new set of LM-R's from BBS but it had the standard F8X specs and finishes. I wanted something more aggressive and more stylish so he built a new set of RSII's for me.
I was going to use him but heard way too many horror stories of people paying him then never getting their wheels and him ghosting them. I think you have a larger IG following and gave him more exposure so you might have not had that issue but others have.

Different strokes for different folks. Beyond happy with the end result. I'm on air suspension so it provides me on-the-fly ride height and handling adjustability.

Interesting. Never heard of any horror stories and that's why I used him to build my custom set. Haha you're not wrong about having a larger IG following. It definitely has its perks.

I got rid of it back in June. Not sure what the new owner has in store for it. Haha I'm sure it's not ruined.

Please help me guys, how am I supposed to answer this guy. Now he's officially threatening to steal my wheels because he wouldn't return my messages in the first place?! I called him immediately with no answer. I texted him back willing to work it out and he's gone dark again. I realize he's reading this, but I just want my wheels back man. I am willing to give anyone $300 if they personally know Mark and just talk to him to please ship my wheels to me to NorCal. No questions asked.

What's the laws concerning business transactions with high value items within a reasonable timeframe? Could you file a police report? Maybe take him to court? You could even write an entire thread on his services when he's finally sent you the wheels. IMO, it's very unprofessional to promise work and never provide a status on the product. Even avoiding customer phone calls and giving excuses as to why he/she cannot do the work"

Sorry to hijack your thread OP, I love the car. The haters who came to spew negativity is hilarious to me.

I gotta jump in and vouch for Mark (IG @thee_deported), he did a 3pc conversion on my BBS LM's. I was originally gonna go with Sensei6 or VRWheels but they were talking months wait time.

There's tons of horror stories for all the wheel build companies from what I've seen, some more than others. Mark had my wheels were done in less than a week from receiving the faces (which I mailed across country)...but that was because the barrels and lips needed he already had in stock. Also my IG has under 500 followers, I didn't have any sort of in with him and I've never met him in person. So from my experience he's 100% legit and professional. He does all the custom wheel builds for Supreme Power I believe, a reputable performance shop (and maybe site sponsor?).

so you basically took a CS and ruined it? Why even bother with CS when a comp would have been exactly the same with this build? I don't get the point of taking all that suspension and tuning BMW did to make a CS great to put air suspension in it.
