$1000 OFF MSRP in CT

Getting $1000 Off MSRP for my M4 (retail price $81,500) with Cory Francis from New Country BMW in CT. I guess 1k off MSRP is pretty cool at this point. Cory also offered me 20k off on an 2014 M6 but ended up stick for the M4, hope someone can pick that up production of car should be started in June, so that I can drive my car once I get back to U.S. at the end of August.

Tell him Libin referred you. cfrancis@newcountry.com 860-522-6134 x7886

What are the dealer documentation fees in CT? I understand that they are notoriously high at $499+ on top of the regular DMV registration fees.

So, in reality, you're only getting $500 off. Dealers do this all the time. They'll make you think you're getting a great discount but add in a bunch of fees and BS to make up for it.

yeah, but since the car is a brand new model and I am a new customer. There was not much that I can negotiate at this point =( however, they offer me a very great deal on the M6, 20k off on the 2014 model. $500off MSRP is still better than nothing, right?

$499 doc fee? That's nuts. That goes straight to the dealers profit.

My $539 as well... hate my dealer for that! It's ridiculous!
Well, love him for all the rest and especially for being #1 on the list for an M3 at his location.

What's a normal doc fee? $250? I'm going to be starting the negotiation process this week for an M3 I think.

Depends on where you are. Some states are capped.

Ah and I'm in Ohio, which explains why I'm usually charged $250.
