Stock F82 M4 Comp - Rear camber still out of spec after alignment
I recently had a BMW speciality shop do an alignment on my car. When looking at the sheet, the rear camber is still in the red. I asked them about this and they said they maxed out and couldn’t do any better and they tried to make both sides somewhat equal at the very least. I bought this car used so now I’m wondering why they can’t get in spec. It’s a completely stock car with 25k miles and they looked at the suspension and said nothing really looked bent or damaged.
Is this an acceptable alignment and why wouldn’t a completely stock car be able to get in spec? Thanks |

I am surprised to see that -1.5* is out-of-spec. That would seem normal to me. I am interested to see if others can chime-in with the spec and a nominal measurement.
Never mind…I see the spec on the sheet! |

But why aren’t they able to get the rear camber in spec especially if it’s a stock car? They said they “maxed it out and that’s as good as they were able to get”. Makes me think there might be some underlying issues now...
