Hi All,

I am looking to transfer the lease of my 2018 F80 M3 in Imola Red/Black Merino Leather (6MT). The car is located in San Jose, CA and I am the second owner.

It's got -

Competition Package
Executive Package
Driving Assistance Package
Active Blind Spot Detection
Apple CarPlay
Wireless Charging

Also have some after market parts like -

BMW M-Performance gear lever and hand brake
BMW M-Performance CF Splitters
BMW LED Door Light Projector
IND reflector delete (brand new in box, yet to be installed)

Lease Details -

Lease base payment: $780.39
Current Lease Payoff until 10/27: $51,092.04 (makes it ideal for someone looking to purchase)
Current mileage: 17,750 (will increase slowly as it is my only car)
Maturity mileage / Total Mileage Allowed: 36,107
Remaining mileage on Lease: 18,357
Maturity date / Lease end date: 10/11/2021
Remaining months on Lease: 14
Residual Value: $43,761.20

Car has a clean CA title and I just paid CA registration which is now good till August 2021. Car is in perfect condition except for minor curb rash on both the rear wheels from the first owner.

Ultimate Care+ was purchased with the car, so maintenance transfers to subsequent owners.

I am expecting $3k down and for the buyer to pay the BMWFS transfer fee. Only transferring the lease because I don't use the car much. Please let me know if you're interested or have any questions.

The base payment and payoff are low for a reason. I am not trying to turn a profit, but at the same time can't be paying for you to drive my car.

After having a few crazy weeks of CA wildfires, a buyer's credit application being declined and another buyer pulling out after having the credit application approved, car is back up for transfer/sale. To the top.

ugh. I just saw the videos on the new AA EL midpipe that makes these cars actually sound good and was deciding to liquidate my Type R and E92 M3 in favor of consolidating to an F80 and literally this perfect car comes up.

Timing is probably a month or two off still for me, but this is genuinely perfect and very well priced. I love it

Edit: nevermind...yeah, $54k plus the transfer fee isn't bad. Those of us on east coast have to pony up enclosed transfer too...

Yeah from what I saw when I was searching this is closer to a $60K car... you can put money that if it was at BMW it would be north of $60.
