There really isnt a lot you can do. Removing rear seats is the biggest weight savings. Exhaust muffler and midpipe. Strip the trunk. There is also more rear weight to reduce compared to the front so you might upset the front to rear weight balance. I believe it wont cause a drastic difference though.

Race seats in the front will also help if you are willing to remove stock front seats.
Ceramic brakes save you 18lbs of rotating mass. You can also do titanium studs and nuts. Lighter wheels.

If the rear seat is as easy to take out as it was on the e46 M3, that's probably 40 45 lbs right there

Carbon fiber CS hood.
I'm not sure if the stock wheels are on the heavy or light side, some lightweight wheels from Apex or similar are a good way to reduce rotating mass.

What do you all think? Maybe take the engine out? I heard thats a ton of weight tbh
