Yup no brand. They're from ali express. I can send a link of the seller I got them from. Overall they work great. I have them on my car. This is an extra set I'm selling due to an error in the order

Not at the moment. Your three options are:
1. Buy OEM OLED
2. Wait a few months for aftermarket offerings (being told they’re in development)
3. (My preference) buy this set and sell your M4 and buy M3 🤣

option 1 is doable but expensive!!
option 2 I can wait I'm pretty patient
Option 3 NEVER EVER WOULD DO THIS OPTION! It's like buying a M4 that is automatic!!

They should. Mine is pre-LCI and works without coding. Post-LCI works without coding as well so either way you’re good. Mainly just matters if you need the extra two small wires and which electrical connector on outer body lights. Both types are included.
