CA - 2015 M4 manual 6 month lease takeover
I just picked up a new lease because of higher mileage needs for work, and the M4 lease is coming to an end soon anyway so I'm looking to transfer or turn it in to a dealer along with another purchase in the next 2 months...there are a bit more than 6 months left so this will need to be done quickly, if you are interested. Please take a look at the details below and let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks. 2015 BMW M4 BSM exterior and Black interior Manual, Lighting package, Carbon Fiber roof, and Carbon Ceramic Brakes Location: Central California Mileage: 27,400 miles currently - 30,424 allowed End of lease: 4/3/18 Monthly: $861 + your tax Residual: $48,298 Payoff: $52,976 (good through 9/30/17) MSD: $6,300 Car runs great with no issues and will be stock except the M carbon fiber spoiler. There is some damage to the front bumper from scraping when lowered and rock chips on hood. I'm thinking of giving $4000 as an incentive, so you'll pay me $2300 at lease takeover and get the full MSD back in April 2018. This should result in this breakdown: 3000 extra miles = $480 (this will result in 1000 miles per month) Repairs = $1,000 (estimate from local shop) Remaining incentive = $2520 Effective payment = $441 (after mileage purchase and repairs) If you wanted to try out a M4, moving up from a 235i like I did, or otherwise have a short-term need, this may be perfect for you. I cannot upload pictures right now, so please PM me and I'll gladly forward pictures or a walkaround video your way. Hope that covers it all...thanks for looking.
