Family situation-change leading me to put my baby up for sale.

MSRP was $71k
In-Service date was May 3, 2017.

12,800 miles and climbing slowly - I don't drive it as much as I should

History: Acquired the car brand new thru BMW Richmond in Midlothian VA. They got the car at my request from a dealer in NY. It's only been serviced by my local dealer, and oil changes done every 5k miles. (The included 1200mile and 10k mile service, plus one I paid for in between). Not a single problem so far.

Condition:

It is what I would call "Very Good" because I know there are folks here who wash their vehicles in Unicorn Tears and would disagree with flawless condition rating.

The car has been washed by-hand-only by-me-only and roughly every 3 weeks or so. It hasn't been kept in a bubble, and I'm not going to claim I never drove it in the rain (I did).

Damage: None - A clean car with no damage or history or scratches/dents/bumps. I can provide a VIN and CarFax upon request.

Never tracked (dammit - I wanted to but never got around to it), and actually never redlined. So the engine is basically new.

Tires: are original, but have a ton of life left in them - probably 85% of the miles are highway commuting. Only ever used 93 Octane from Shell or Exxon or BP.

Let me say this up front about price: I don't KNOW what it's worth - of course I'll be getting it appraised soon at the dealer or Carmax to be sure. In the meantime, I'm going to list it here. If you disagree with the price, please PM me - happy to get feedback and will adjust accordingly if I feel like the price is too high.
