2018 M4 or 2016 M6 GC?

Hey, I currently drive a 2015 535i M sport, Im graduating hs and going to college this fall 2018. Im changing my 15 535 because I got bored of 300Hp, I wanted something really really fast, Even w downpipes and tune and afe intake its still "slow," the F10s are really dull.

I was debating on either The M4 or M6. I d go for the M6 for the 570hp number and the front end looks, but than Bmw M4 is an all around nice looking car but it only has 450HP.

The car would be a daily driver, I wanted a comfortable daily driver that has alot of power. I plan to tune and downpipe whichever M I will get.

Coming from a 5 series, What do you guys think is better ? I havent driven any yet.

Budget - $60-100K

Where are you going to college? If it's one of those schools with all those rich asians you better go get a Ferrari 458 instead or your BMW is gonna be like a Corolla

M4 is my vote, M6 is bulky. Test drive both and see which you like.

Both m4 and m6 are nice all around cars. So I m not sure what your dilemma is. M6 is a lot nicer actually. 570HP also wins to go really really fast.

If I was you, I'd get m4 though. You can always upgrade to m6 and M4 is more college age relevant than M6, which will look like your dads car.

Now let me ask you this - what do you do to afford all these cars?

Agree, M4 looks more "young" type car. I guess I will just test drive both and decide.

I do real estate for my family owned business, Everytime I sell a house I get 2% comission of the final sale price. Basically buy it cheap and broken, Hire people to fix it and than sell it for more price. Usually bank foreclosure houses sell for cheap.

Other than that I started Investing in cryptocurrency and had alot of luck in that.

well given that you have two really stable sources of income i suggest you forget BMW and get a McLaren 720s instead. yeah, it's more expensive but you can always extend your loan term to keep the payments down

Now back to your question, I'd get the M6 no question.

1) Better interior and gadgets

2) More HP which is what you want

3) Looks meaner and more executive

4) Way better audio system from the factory, I believe its Bang & Olufsen or Bowers and Wilkins vs the mediocre Harman/Kardon system in the M4

5) Almost any one can afford an M4 so you'd see a lot of em but not many can afford an M6, even a used one taking into consideration the maintenance and whatnot

The m4 is more nimble and tossable, but I love the looks of the m6 gc. The m6 interior will also be on the next level in regard to luxury. I say go for the m6. It's also less common than the m3/4.
