LoL thanks RugbyBro! All above true of course and we are low. I wanted one more turn down in the front but forget it, ripped one chin off and that was enough. So far, had this setup for several months now with slight scuffs on bumps but not hitting the lip so all is well (NO rubbing though). She can go no lower. I also have 10mm spacers front and 5mm rear. We had a lot of work to get car where it’s at now, lots of trial and error but I love her now.

Pics for help, you can see the height difference in the mirrors between the two cars in the second picture hah.

^Nice. Are you running spacers? How's traction compared to stock sizes?

Thanks! Yes 10mm front and 5mm rear. Traction seems to be good, but honestly I'm about the last person to ask as I don't track the car, drive too aggressively etc. I'm more into looks and I've always loved the low, fat tire look. The car does hook from the line about as well as an F8x can I guess, but I'll definitely get wheel spin 1-2 if I floor it. I turn off traction control when I drive (unless it's raining), so I'm very aware of the squirrelly nature these cars can have at times. I wouldn't change a thing though, the car feels like a little go cart and breaks traction just enough when I want it to be an absolute hoot.

Thank you! But they aren't 295/35/19, they are 295/30/19 just so to be clear. There is NO way I'd be able to cram a 295/35 series back there.

Fronts are 265/30/19 as well.

Thanks bro, I don't track the car either, I just want the most tire for traction on the street without changing the compound. I love low and you're just a beast since that is static. My lip would last 2 days as I already scrape on a speed bump at work if I don't take it at an angle lol

Looks like I might be switching up the spacer setup once I order these in the spring.

Oooppsss I just remember reading that in the poll on the top and yes now that I think about it that would be extremely too tall and the diameter of the tire would be fairly off as well (compared to the stock tire size that is)

And no way I could EVER be that low in NJ , I am always on and off the fence of a lip at stock height or lower ( slightly ) and run a lip

Hello! I got my m4 a little bit later than u guys judging by the time of the thread haha
I need to change tyres and after reading the entire thread i have just 3 question. Would you please help me out?
I wanna go with the Michelin PSS 265/35/19 M0 (front) and 295/35/19 * (rear) but:

1) I couldnt find the M0 anywhere around. Is the N0 (the one for porsche) as good and recommended as the M0?

2) Now that Pilot Super Sport is dissapearing and they are getting hard to find, any replacement? (ej PS4)

3) Will the 265/35/19 M0 (front) and 295/35/19 * have any problems running with stock wheels (OEM 437M) with no spacers or changes in suspension?

Thanks a lot for all the help u can give me!

Forget about the PSS since they suck compared to the newer PS4S.

This is a rather old thread and tire tech has significantly evolved since. The PS4S in G8X spec is a far superior tire than the PSS. Going with the G8X star spec PS4S in 275/35R19 and 285/35R19 sizes would definitely be an interesting experiment for a F8X on 437M wheels.

Thanks a lot! I've read a lot in this forum that it's better to try to keep the staggering between front and rear (or at least try to have it as closest as possible) in order to avoid MDM problems.
OEM is 255 - 275. Wouldn't change it to 275-285 affects significantly the MDM?

Thanks a lot again for all the help!

Sorry for the late reply, just saw this post. Re DSC/MDM, changing the rolling radius stagger will alter MDM interventions. The change of 265 to 275 is relatively small and the gains from the better tires will outweigh the slightly more intrusive DSC/MDM.
