UPDATE: I'm happy to report that I have finally been refunded my money by a collaboration of Square and my bank.
I made countless calls to both parties regarding the refund and they came through.
Now I can finally put this behind me and move on.
I want to thank all you guys for tremendous support (many messaged me personally). That's why I love this forum & the BMW community.

Thanks again and hopefully a new set or surprise will be happening soon!

Please visit beware of morr wheels (all one word) dot com --- Clearly I am not alone.

So, I ordered a set of wheels from MORR May 18th, 2015 and left a 50% deposit.
Before I decided to pull the trigger on the wheels and the deposit was made, they were very responsive to every email i sent them. Almost, instantly. In fact, I was impressed with their customer service. I was told they would take 6-8 weeks.

As you might imagine, I was excited and anxious about the wheels, so once several weeks past by, I emailed them regarding an update, and never heard back. I had some other concerns, and email them again..still no response. Long story short, 8 emails later, have not heard from them.

Called the office number several times and this is the automated message I receive "the number you dialed temporarily unavailable".

Anyone know something I don't?

I'm not familiar with that story, but it doesn't sound pretty..I've tried everything to get in touch. Spoke with my bank also just in case (only time I didn't use my amex for a large purchase

Not surprised. I tried contacted them about 2 years ago for a set on my 335is, never answered the phone and only got back to my emails after several days. Lost interest.

50% deposit is too much IMO. But thats besides the point. Goodluck

I finally got my wheels from Morr earlier this year and they look good but More's customer is crap. I have been meaning to write a review and warn people away from them. Good luck, hope you get your wheels

That's scary stuff. I hope it turns out for you. Is Morr a sponsor here? I don't know if your bank told you they could do anything, but if you can cancel the down payment, I'd bet you hear from them. Probably too late though. Good luck.

I've heard a few stories but gave them the benefit of the doubt since they were highly recommended by another (highly followed) f80 owner.
Since my last email & this posting, I finally heard from Carlos and he will call me monday. Will keep you guys updated. Hopefully something positive.

I spoke with my bank. They are willing to do a dispute but (coincidently)received an email from Carlos and he will call Monday and hopefully we can resolve it.

They were excellent with email until they got my order and deposit, as I stated in the initial post. Once they got my order/money, never got a response and their number was not working.
I went back and checked every single email encounter with them just to make sure I wasn't played by someone. Monday I'll know more.

Yup. This has happened more than once before with Morr. They design beautiful products, but the stories I've read about them prevent me from giving them one penny. Seriously, you'd think they would get a clue about how people talk on these forums. It boggles my mind that they would keep doing this especially when their ONLY customers are enthusiasts that tend to frequent forums.

Pretty sure Morr was out of the country for the past few weeks. Not excusing any lack of communication, but that may be the reason why you were having a difficult time contacting them.

Are you serious? I'm pretty sure they have access to email and wifi out of the country. That better not be an excuse. Set your email on auto response if you're going to be away. I'm sure the entire company didn't go away, as well.

Dude that blows. And unfortunately you aren't the first to have this experience. If you ever need wheel recommendations, let me know!
I'm starting to hear that a lot once I brought the issue publicly, but I'm sure MORR will handle it. Will know more monday.
