i run with PS4S in stock size and have eccentric caster bushings with increased caster. my wheels are 12mm offset compared to stock wheels so just like running 666.s with a 12mm spacer. my wheels are moved forward about 7mm with the higher caster angle and i still have about 7mm clearance to my inner fender up front.
Not sure what you are referring to by something changed in the suspension geometry. The shop I go to sent me pictures of another m4 they have in and it had the same touching of the fender when lowered and with spacers. They said this is very common, and they specialize in bmw.

I wonder how running Cup 2 on the 666m will factor into the equation .. because that’s the route I planned on taking after the pss wear out.

That Cup2 is a crazy aggressive tire. Be careful when it's not up to temp

How much time would you recommend driving on the cup 2’s before messing around. Don’t plan on doing burnouts before cornering while I daily drive, haha. I usually let the car fully warm up before spirited driving right now on the pss.

Also, how would fitment be compared to the PSS regarding touching the fender?

Cup 2's run slightly larger depending on the size. I run them in the rear and have no problem with 'slippage' on daily driving, except in wet parking garages when the tires are cold. You certainly wouldn't have to worry about handling detriment to a significant degree when the tires are not up to operating temp.

For someone not tracking their car (and even then), I don't see a point in running Cup 2's in the front. I have 275 PS4s in the front (305 n0 cup2 rear), and it is more than enough tire grip for even very very aggressive street driving (which I do). I couldn't justify the increase in tire wear for the marginal advantage of front end grip at the limit that most cars will never see on the street.

Thanks for the input. Some concern about clearance and not touching like I do with the PSS if I have even an even larger cup 2 tire. Was going to get them eventually because doing a GTS Tune.

Wear the tires down and problem solved. Autocross is the fastest and easiest. Track not as much.
