My wife's 320i lease is up in December and she wants an M4 Vert. I don't think any supply will be left by then so we're considering just ending the lease early. I think we're eligible for at least a few months of payments on pull ahead now, so cash outlay would be minimal and make sense (especially since we're a few hundred miles over the lease now).
Are there any deals to be had with current supply similar to what we're seeing with the CS? I.e., 15% off MSRP etc. Full leather, DCT are a must, but she prefers fully loaded. It sounds like we're still a year away from the new G83 M4. I'll happily wait if not (and just DD my Spyder for a while) -- would only do something if the deal was pretty crazy. I.e., $700's tax inclusive with minimal cash outlay.

Supply for M4 all variants are really low so dealers aren't interested in giving them away this month. |

What's possible on one? Not sure where the deals sit at all. Once you start approaching the $1k/month it makes more sense to pick up a 911 instead as the overall cost of ownership will be lower, but of course wife prefers to lease a BMW I guess I may have to look at swapalease instead.

We really like the flexibility of leasing with BMW. I have had such great experiences over the years getting in and out of leases. Can't say the same thing for other manufacturers.

When is it a good time to get into a X3M or even a F90 M5?
How low do you think payment can go with the current situation with the world?

I don't remember - this was back in September.
I should rephrase that I didn't necessarily pass - I waited a day or two too long and a buyer in CA purchased the car before me. You can view my post history, it should be one of the first posts I made in this forum if you want to PM the buyer and see exactly what he paid |

I'll chime in on the AZ market as well. I've been getting cars from BMW NS for as long as they have been at that location. Was getting cars from them when they were down on Camelback before that. Basically, our average is one new car per year for over 20 years.
I echo the statement of going to BMW Chandler. I got my M3 CS from Chapman on Camelback because it had been on the lot for nearly 6 months. Easy transaction and they got me out of my X5 lease a year early. Crazy discount on the CS. BMW NS just has too many customers willing to pay full retail on M cars.

F90 M5s are in short supply but the discount range is 5-11% depending on your dealer/region.
The X3M is a dog for BMW compared to the X3Mcomp. There are plenty of X3M you can get really aggressive pricing on, 10-12% all day. |

What do you think about the M2 market? More specifically, the 2018 LCI's in DCT. I’ve seen them for the past few weeks and seem to barely be impacted by this pandemic. Most are low 40s to mid-high 40s, depending on miles and condition of course. Would love some more input on price forecasts for these cars.
