How to code out carplay

Hello,
I had bought carplay from a guy in the fb page. He sent a file which I installed on a usb and plugged into the car's usb port. Carplay is enabled bu very glitchy. How do I code out carplay from my car now?

The guy is no longer responding. I am also not able to us bimmercode to code things on the headunit, as the carplay file is messing with it

Hello,
Easiest way would be just code it out using E-Sys(but only option in iDrive will be coded out). Btw, why does it bother you? It is just one option in iDrive menu.

Thanks

Hey thanks for the reply. Would it come back in the bmw connected store for purchase? Currently it is not there.

I actually wanted to code some things on the headunit but bimmercode is giving an error due to the usb carplay.

Do you mind telling me where to download e-sys from

Usb carplay should not affect coding in bimmercode.
I’m sure shawnsheridan will help with Esys and psdzdata.

If carplay is messing with your BimmerCode app then you need to stop your phone from connecting to the car while coding. Ie, disable the BT/wifi profiles of the car on the phone.
