No. It’s just that a few of these popped up lately that all went to SSR even though there are other shops out in the So. Cal area that do these.

For me, it was either SSR or EAS, but in the end SSR was my pick

Yeah. SSR gave me the best price so far as well. I’m just going to wait to get it done until some other people post theirs from different shops. I don’t want to start some type of conspiracy theory

Even though I know Mr. Pibb and Dr. Pepper are essentially the same beverage, I still prefer Dr. Pepper due to familiarity with the product and the fact that Coca-Cola has been making it longer.
Doesn't mean Mr. Pibb couldn't quench that thirst for 23 different flavors, it just means I'm more comfortable defaulting to the guy with the PhD with more experience.

Same basic concept.

I've been awake and on duty for too long and my overly caffeinated brain came up with the analogy; it made more sense in my head

Aquafina FTW btw.

Carry on.

Forget the crank hub. How much of a kickback did you get from SSR for posting this?

I don’t know about kickbacks but PM SSR. They actually have great prices and carry the Insane Crankhub (at the time I asked a while back).

This is very disturbing to see this many spun crank hubs all in a short period or it's a very ingenious marketing strategy.
Either one is bad

Be careful, you'll set off those who are sensitive. But we can continue connecting the dots in the background

P.S. my wager is "10% off"

How poor are you (in wealth and mind) that you think ppl who post about a service to show their gratitude or inform others need a kickback? Do you think everyone posting five star yelp reviews on restaurants are being given free meals?

Yeah they’re onto all of us. They gave me an M4 to make my thread about a SCH.

Reread it. I guess you see one thing and think another

And just for reference, I believe you can take 4th gear easily over 100 mph

I gotta say something about SSR... I haven't bought one single thing from them. I wish I was still in So Cal b/c I would definitley go to them. About 2 yrs ago when I lived in Irvine, CA (about 15 minutes from SSR) and my lease was almost up, I called SSR for a quote to put the car back to stock. Shah heard me talk about replacing my M3 with a boring car like a 5 series or something and he talked me out of it. We had a great conversation where not once did he try to sell me on anything. In fact, he convinced me NOT to take my car there to put it back to stock. He knew I really didn't want to do it and so we just had a nice chat as car enthusiasts.

I soon decided to just buy out the lease and keep the car. It's the best car decision I've made in a long time. I'm so glad I kept my modded M3 instead of returning the lease and getting a grown up sedan or SUV. Of course, now that my M3 is about 5 yrs old, it's paid off, has low miles (30K) and I'm looking at upgrading the crank hub as I plan to keep the car for a while.

You can bet SSR is on my list of shops to do this even though I'd have to make a 5 hr drive back to Cali to do it. Those guys are awesome.

My brother!!!! Wow this made me cry tears up of joy This is why we are in the business. We are here to have our client's best interest before anything, and those of you who have been to our shop or even called us and chatted with us over the phone without ever having to come in or buy anything have seen and realized this.

I truly appreciate each and every one of you guys, even the ones who are skeptical, because I promise you that one day when you are in need of something we will be the first ones to listen and help in anyway that we can regardless of any differences that we may have. We are here to better the industry and make it a more enjoyable place for all enthusiasts to enjoy.

Again, I appreciate you so much for writing about this.... truly made my day

Shah @ SSR Performance
