How do you not have severe traction control intervention running a rear tire with a 3% smaller diameter than the front? People have issues even with same diameter.

If I wanted to go with some PS4S's on 18x9 18x10 setup would 265/285 r35 be ideal?

I’d compare the rolling diameters of 265/40-18 and 265/35-18 with stock 255/40-18, and 285/40-18 and 285/35-18 to stock 275/40-18. Go with the tire that has the closest diameter to the stock diameter. 265/285 is the upper practical limit for F/R 9”/10” wide wheels. I think you’ll find the 40 series tires are the closet match/% difference albeit with slightly larger diameters.

Yeah this is what Apex told me as well. Looks like I'll go with the new continental ECS 2's in 255/275 r40 instead of the PS4S's. Just hoping the 40 profile doesn't compromise handling too much, but should ride very nice.

I totally agree, and don't forget that they are the cheapest, these rims have no rival nor will they ever have one.

Such a perfectly executed design. I can’t believe how inexpensive the 10.5” version is.

I think you’ll be fine. At least it’ll make the car appear to sit lower. The difference in the front sidewall height is ~6 mm, and the rear is ~4 mm. This should have zero impact on performance and a minimal visual difference. I previously ran an A052 265/40-18 and 295/35-18 without issue.

Thank you!

Originally I did not like them, but after searching for a car they grew on me.. wanted the 666M comp wheels at first but now I really feel happy with my choice. If I ever buy another OEM wheel it would be the 763M.

The 513M is such a nice looking forged wheel. Although, the 666M wheel looks good, it’s a very complex design. Too much going on compared to the 513M. Can’t imagine having to clean the 666M either. I went with HRE R101LW in dark brushed finish because it has the same basic design as the 513M.

The 763M is also one of the best wheel designs from BMW except you only have the option for 20” wheels.

Are you maxed on your MP HAS in the front? Or do you still have some room to go?

Trying to think how the car would even detect such small variance?

But to answer your question, never had any traction control issues.
