S55 alternator replacement diy?

Hello
I am replacing my alternator on my f82. Having trouble removing it. Can anyone help guide me what else needs to be removed? I have all 4 bolts on the alternator removed and the ac compressor loosed. There is barely any wiggle room to move this thing out. Any help would be great

I’m sure you’ve resolved this by now. But to the extent that it helps someone in the future… a 24” pry bar gets it out easily. Place the pry bar between the alternator and the alternator bracket then just use the leverage to push it out. I’ve done this job on BMWs including the N55 plenty of times and it’s a very tight fit - you won’t damage anything with the bar.
