More what others think. The 30 Jarhe M5 from those I know that got one didn't go over great so is everyone more excited about the M3 edition? We have one coming and have lots of excitement but could just be the area.

What's in the package?
Generally, "special edition" packages are rarely a good value, and usually cater to false sense of vanity from limited availability of some color or a plaque. Do tell us, is this one something more than maxed-out options on a regular M3 sedan, with a mark-up? a

Its like a 83k MSRP and yes special badging, interior, exterior, Competition Package. So looks like no excitement from ya'll. I think the colors will look amazing especially the interior with the fjord blue. Mark up don't know yet haven't heard anything. This board isn't a place for marked up cars anyways. I know how this place feels about dealers, pricing, how much better the old cars are, etc.

Special editions are generally intended for speculators hoping for a future value boost or someone who wants something unique. It's a pretty small demographic when discussing new cars that most just use for their daily transportation. The exclusivity definitely has (or will have) a value to those who value it.
