New 2017 F80 SB/Full Black 6MT

Just wanted to share my excitement with y'all. After a 7-8 month total journey for a new ride starting with the C43, then 340i, then Giulia, then G70, I decided back in January that the F80 was the car for me after driving it for 30 seconds. Didn't want to spend this much but quickly realized sport sedans in manual were very scarce. Was searching for a base initially due to adjustable lumbar but then decided to go ZCP anyway. Took 4 months to find a manual ZCP here in Canada and pulled the trigger easter weekend on a dealer demo that popped up at BMW Store in Vancouver. After a quick transaction over the phone and some paperwork completed through the mail, she took about 2-3 weeks to ship to me in Toronto.

Just took delivery yesterday of this beast. ZUP with Sapphire black on full black with black 666M wheels. lots of black going on lol.

So well planted and composed. Only drove base model for about 5 mins on a test drive in Oakville but have to say the ZCP feels more composed even in sport plus. had no trouble putting all the power down in 2nd gear. exhaust is way louder than i expected but no complaints here.

Only sad part is she will sit until I can sell my 2013 Genesis Coupe since I only have 2 parking spaces at my building, one for me and one for the wife. Also only have this one pic to share for the moment.

Congratulations! Black on black with black 666's must look sinister! Can't wait to see pictures. I just got my 2017 ZCP 6-speed last Saturday, so I am going through the same thing - learning all the features and generally loving the car.

lack of manual was the big one. lack of demo to drive was second. also they were up front and honest that i'd be paying full list on it lol. and lastly the whole unpredictability around alfa reliability.

at the time i was still waiting on a manual EBII 340i with both M packs since it was really what i wanted to spend... a 2017 one popped up at endras and i took it for a ride and was so disappointed. found the exhaust droned a lot and wouldn't be able to live with it. even in sport plus it was way too soft and no way to turn off the auto rev match. drove a 2016 F80 base a bit later for 5 mins and fell in love in the first 30 seconds.
