Vessel TITANIA launched from Bremerhaven

Anyone else's order depart today on the Titania for California? Says it will reach California by 8/12... A lot earlier than I anticipated.

Also, anyone know if there is a way to track the car as it comes up to Washington from Cali?

I like http://www.marinetraffic.com the best.

Tracking is free while the ship is near land, though you'll need to signup for the 14 day satellite tracking trial in order to track it while it's on the open ocean.

I m on it too. I dropped off my M3 in Amsterdam on 6/22. I was hoping it can make it on the previous vessel that left Bremerhaven on 7/8, but BLG told me that vessel was fully booked.

I am tracking the Tombarra that my wife's 428GC is on. You can create an account on marinetraffic.com, then create a fleet, and add the vessel on your fleet.

When I tracked my wife's car five years ago I used Marine Traffic, SailWX, and Vessel Tracker, and they were all free for all of their services. Now they've all gone to some sort of pay model and you can't get nearly as much free info as I got previously. Marine Traffic gives the most info for free, but you can sign up for the next level of tracking for $150, and that includes a 30 day free trial. The best part is that they don't charge your credit card until the 30 days has elapsed. Once you sign up, you can immediately cancel and the free trial is still valid for 30 days. They warn you well in advance that your trial period is going to end, so I had no hesitation in signing up. No charges were made to my credit card. The 30 day free trial period is long enough to track a ship to Port Hueneme in California, so it's perfect for one-time tracking.

So what's everyone's plans for paint protection? I got a quote for $1400 xpel the usual full front and rockers for $300. I'm not trying to my own thread so not looking for "opinion/debate" on this thread, just if you are/aren't planning to wrap.

My wife's 428GC tooks 10 days after unloading from ship. There was another member here whose car arrived at dealer 9 days after unloading from the same ship.

The lengthened lead time to dealership was mainly due to extended time taken for custom clearance . My wife's vehicle took 3 days to clear custome and additional 3 days to VDC. It took 1 day to pass thru VDC and got released to trucking company the next day. It only takes one day to deliver the car from port to Socal dealer.
