Cool What did you get for your M3/M4 today?

I don’t know if I’m reviving an old topic, did a quick search but nothing popped up? so I’d figured I’ll start one. With that being said, this just came in the mail today (M Performance Electronic Steering Wheel)

IMO, I think you could’ve just posted in the “What did you do to your M3/M4 today” thread. Not sure such a similar thread will gain traction or is necessary. Not hatin, just my 2 cents. Congrats on the wheel!

“Doing” and “getting” are two different meanings, I don’t see how this is redundant but I appreciate your feedback. If you would like to share what you got for your car, you are more then welcome here

What other fueling options? Not EU5 injectors! I would recommend PI over DI upgrades. Especially for the track. Everyone runs these cars extremely lean to make DI only work on E85. Much more dangerous to do that on the track where you will have extended sessions of high load.

I also upgraded the HPFP in the rear. PI + upgraded stage 3 brushless HPFP should be perfect for a large upgrade single turbo and track duty.

Also..running Motiv Reflex+ with the PI kit makes it plug & play in a simple solution.

Nice!

i'm running EU5s, HPFP lift kit, and stage 3 brushless LPFP. Fuel system is looking really good. Close to maxing out EU5 injectors on E, but still have plenty of safety built in. We won't go any leaner, but still have some room to play with timing and the turbos. For perspective, I haven't thrown it on the dyno yet, but I'm in the 5s for 60-130 and likely at the limit of the stock internals.

if you're worried about running lean, maybe reach out to some different tuners.

What turbos are you running?

Being I beat the shit out of my car on track I'm not taking ANY chances of even coming close to running lean. I want all the breathing room to do whatever I want. Lol

Excuse my wording above. It's the PR High Performance Fuel Pump aka Low Pressure Fuel Pump. Also since I'm going PI I don't see a need to upgrade to the Dorch lift kit.

Ah, I see! Dorch is PITA install but I had all go fast stuff installed at once so it wasn't so bad. PR Stage 3 brushless has been great. So glad I picked one up. Wouldn't be able to make anywhere near the power I'm making without it.

Running Mosselman turbos. Car should be dyno end of August or early Sept to see what it makes and if we want to make any tweaks.

So far everything has been absolutely flawless. Not a single code or hiccup. You're in for lots of fun!

I'll make an actual contribution to this thread. Some temporary sticky rears delivered about 5 min ago. I'll run these until I pick up some new wheels.

Ultimate Clutch Pedal going on next week. Shout out to Harold from HP Autosport in Santa Barbara for sourcing this for me. They are on back order indefinitely from most places, and I believe he has one more in stock if anyone is looking for it (amongst other great parts he stocks).
