Weird Clinking noise

I drive a 2016 M4 F83. It's at 70k miles right now. Last night I was driving and I heard some clinking or clanking noise coming from the front of the car and it sounded almost like two glass cups hitting each other. I checked the engine bay and everything seems fine, nothing loose. It could also becoming from the sway arms but at this point I do not know. Any suggestions?

PS: the car also has been feeling very bumpy and shaky

Manual or dct. Clunking when taking of and shifting at low speeds or clunking when breaking. Need more context
