+1 Any SA will be fine for any scheduled maintenance/service. Warranty claims and what not will always be tough regardless of SA. Reason is the claim has to go to BMWUSA. The techs will looks for anything modded to deny warranty claims first (duh). But they won't flag you modded to deny future claims. Obviously the mod has to be a probable cause or take effect in the warranty claims.

I never had a bad encounter with any SA in the bay area. BMWUSA seems to monitor customer service and feedback closely anyway of most dealers in the US. Never had issues even though car was modified with downpipes and exhaust.

I even had courtesy free updates of PDC retrofit software update because car pulled to right regardless of aftermarket coilovers, as well as installation fee and part full price refunded because the dealer couldn't figure out what was wrong with M Performance electronic steering wheel. Both when out of warranty. Pretty nice of BMWUSA to take care of these issues.
I had fairly good customer services with any BMW dealer.

When the dealer diagnostic the car they will see it's been tuned, regardless if you flash it back to stock. I'm out of warranty anyways, but my car was flashed back to stock and they knew it's been previously tuned.

I just got brought to this thread from your response, lol. But my honest recommendation is avoid BMW dealerships tbh. I always stick to performance shops like SSR or MRF engineering. They are less likely to try and find things wrong just to get another service job .

I go to New Century BMW in Alhambra. I usually go with Pamela Chen but she is currently on maternity leave. Kevin Luu is also good too. Sidney is a very nice guy but I am pretty sure he goes by the book.
