Ticking noise

Hey, recently I been hearing the ticking noise from my engine bay when I unlock my car. I think it's the valvetronic motor most likely.it only happens sometimes not every time and doesn't seem to affect performance in any way. My question is should I take it to the dealer right away or just let it be?

Yes that noise but it's just started to occur and happens rarely. I'm also modded therefore hesitant to take to dealership.
