Hello fellow forum members!

The purpose of this thread is to assist in the organization of a local cruise group in the CT area. We aim to have a cruise event once per weekend (weather permitting). I am the organizer of the group, but am always open to new route ideas! Our group is mostly made up of M3/M4's given the sub-forum we are in, but anyone and everyone is welcome whether you have an M or not. I will continuously update the information below in order to provide the latest event details.

Next Event:

Date: TBA
Location: TBA
Heading out at: TBA

Let me know if anyone is interested.

Thank you
I'm interested. I live in southern CT.

Awesome. I am in Stamford where in CT are you located? I don't know the best way to organize a group like this, a Facebook group might be better.

Weather looks pretty crummy this weekend, we should get a good group together next weekend. Does everyone else that commented in this group also live in Stamford?

Don't have an M3/M4 but a 2018 440xi and am on Long Island, but would love to try and meet up for a cruise sometime in the tri-state area.

With the local Porsche club we took a ride up to Kent falls. Was an awesome ride with some great roads. Anybody have other good destinations or fun roads?

Saturday looks like it is going to be nice. We can meet at the Lakeside Diner in Stamford in the early afternoon if that works for everyone and we can do a scenic hour and a half or so drive that I have done before from there that will loop us back to the starting point.

The more the merrier. Unless you don't have an M car. Haha just kidding, would love to have you join!

Alright guys so I spent some time mapping out two routes that I have driven several times. Do you guys prefer the long version or the short version? For anyone interested in the short version I marked with an arrow where you would turn back.

Can I get a show of hands for this weekend. And your preference on which route. I don't want to be doing it by myself haha. Saturday works for me around 1pm if that works for people

So 1pm in Stamford? I need to be in NJ by around 4pm. How long do you foresee the routes being?

I'm not sure how long it will take. Unfortunately the website I used to plot the route only gave miles instead of time. We can do earlier in the day or another weekend if that works better for people
