Got my car back from the dealer - am I missing a part?

Hello -

44k mile F82

Just got my car back from the stealership for engine oil/rear diff oil/brake fluid.

Was taking a peak at my engine bay after and noticed this empty screwhole on the engine oil filter housing.

Is there supposed to be a bolt here? Took a look on realoem and wasn’t 100% sure based on the diagram.

Thank you for your time!
