Some port injection questions

So I recently got my port injections and stage 4 fuel pump done with a custom tune from Cary Jordan but I had some questions that I wanted to ask.

It said I have to cycle off every 3k miles to pump gas. How do I do that with port injections?

How reliable is it? Like is there any issues I should be aware of with PI

When you fill up with pump gas you need to flash back to a gasoline map and turn off the PI controller (switch/fuse?).

Yes he put a fuse!

So I just un plug it and thats it?

Would this affect the fuel pump in any way?

Disable your secondary pump on the LPFP too. You want that and PI off for gas maps.

Just an FYI, your tuner and parts vendor should be able to support you with these types of inquiries.

What tune did you get? Full E85? If you have a ECA, I would just pay a little more and go with a flex tune. It's the lack of lubricity with alcohol fuels that it's recommended to cycle off. I never had any issues running full E85, E50, etc. for a year straight on my F80 because I always added about an oz. of this to every fill. It really works, the cherry scent I couldn't ever smell though.
