Too early for winters?

I'm debating if I should put my snow tires on already. Up till last week we were at mid 60's. Next week on it should drop to mid 30's at night time.

My tires are located 40mins away from me and I only drive 1 to 2 miles a day. LOL

Too early?

Are you guys on winters yet?

Michelin PSS get really slippery at around 40F. It’s kind of fun to slide the car easily but also it’s dangerous in case you want to go hard.

I typically swap after Thanksgiving.

Also typically swap after thanksgiving, but at the same time i'm typically riding subways during the week and only drive the M on weekends. But yes, cold roads and cold tires make for some surprise ohh sh*t moments.

too early, you will wear them out quicker

generally when temps get close to 40 i swap

You need to warm them up a bit and then you can be a bit more spirited on your drive
