BMW 681M Refurbishment?

I have some 681m wheels which came with my GTS. They have some scoring on the inner barrels i believe due to some stones being stuck between the wheel and the caliper? Has anyone else had a similar issue and if so has anyone had their wheels refurbished or the lacquer repaired?

I think you need more of a Carbon Fiber specialist than a wheel specialist. It needs resin and maybe a complete coat of clear.
