BMW Performance Driving School Invitation Offer for GTS owners?

Just received an email today from the BMW Performance Driving school with a complimentary offer to attend the school's "specialized M Driver's course." It contained a voucher # as well as my GTS's VIN which it said I would need to provide when I called to schedule. It also had both the CA and SC tracks listed below, just curious if any other owners received this email?

I find it odd because the car is now 7 years old and the disclaimer says the offer expires 3 years after the retail date. Also it says you must have purchased the "optional M Driver's Package" which I'm not familiar with and am the 2nd owner of the car, but thought maybe they were extending it to GTS owners to get more people in the door at their schools, or maybe it was just an error.

Btw I called the number, provided the voucher and VIN and the person said an offer wasn't present so they would open a case to find out if there is one. Again, odd, but I'll update if I hear back.

Quick update: I received another email with the same voucher the next day. BMW performance driving school reached out to me very confused but asked for my VIN, Bill of Sale and delivery date as they had presumably the original owners information on file. I've sent that to them so will let you know what comes of it.

For those original owners out there: I'm curious whether any of you were offered a session at one of BMW's performance driving schools after delivery?

I received a voucher, probably 2-3 years after I bought it new in 1/2017. I never did take advantage of it though.

The M Driver's Package was standard with the GTS and was only valid for a limited time. I used mine towards the 2 day M School - fun weekend.
