What are the disadvantages of buying a Canadian M3 that was imported into the US?

Like the title suggests, I’m looking into buying a 2015 Austin yellow M3. Carfax states that it was imported from Canada and around 6000 miles.

Are there any cons for buying this car, such as a resell value issue?

your concern says it all
when you want to sell , you are going to face a lot of skeptics , so it will affect resale value
if keeping for several years , negotiate a great deal , and don't worry about it

i don't see why not if it's from the west coast.
if it's from the East, i'd be sure to check for rust underneath.
