Dremel to wheel hub/aluminum rotor body

So it did a great job on the center hub centric ring area that rusts up easily. However on the aluminum on the rotor housing it looks inconsistent. You can tell by the photos below. Just looks marked up.

I have tried:

- 000 Extra fine steel wool
- Dremel Carbon steel brush 428, 442 (does not last very long, brushes come apart)

Suggestions to blend in that rotor body a little nicer than it looks now?

Cheers

It’s gonna rust even faster unless you use some type of coating

What was the reasoning of doing this? That scars are deep, your gonna have sand them.

Idk how much material you took off but the rotors could possibly be unbalanced and cause a shimmy at speed

I'd bet sandblasting would leave a nice finish. Lots of work for removal, masking, etc. Though.

you need to spray that with something...like high temp satin color
or have it powdercoated or painted professionally
