Help me decide on which looks better? Splitter or not?

RKP Carbon Fiber Front Lip (no splitter)

OEM M Performance Carbon Fiber Lip with Splitter

I have a hard time decide splitter or not. Please let me know what you think? My car is alpine white M4 with OEM rear spoiler, black grill, rear diffuser, CF mirror cover and black 437m. Also, how is RKP's fitment and quality compare to M Performance lip?

RKP with no splitters looks wayyyyy better IMO. If you were going to do the oem splitter/lip combo I would def paint the lip body color to give it some contrast otherwise it just looks like one dark mass.

Interesting. Can you point me to a photo with painted lip and splitter? Should I got with polyurethane lip instead carbon fiber if I am going to paint it?

Yes, the OEM lip is polyurethane and you can paint it or order it painted from someone like IND. I can't go take a pic of mine but I can show you this:

I like it with the splitters but only you can decide what you like better.

The carbon splitters seems to work better on certain color cars. Overall I still think the OEM MP parts looks better. The RKP would have been a home run if they didn't curve the splitter area up partially. They should have done it throughout or not at all but they decided to have just the ends come up over the splitter area which looks like a mistake to me.

The RKP also seems to have slightly better ground clearance based on pics. (never seen it in person)

You are absolutely right! I think OEM splitter / lip looks best on darker paint. On white, it is somewhat distracting. I decided to go with RKP or CS carbon style at the end. Thank you all!

IMO one of the best features of the OEM bumper is all the angles and curves. The splitters don't look bad, but they hide a lot of that uniqueness, especially on lighter color cars. Love the RKP.

I feel like dark color cars can pull off splitters. Light color cars look awful with them. I prefer the lip without splitters, much more clean. Splitters make the front bumper look incomplete on light colored cars.

Agee 100%. Although as cool as a lip looks, I'm wondering how often people scrape with it.

Scraping happens, that is why I didn't go carbon fiber as it would get destroyed in no time. The "Lightweight" lip is made of polyurethane which is practically indestructible, perfect fitment and looks the part.

I wouldn't own this car without the splitters, the front without 'em looks drab in my opinion.

Is your car lowered? Would CS carbon lip be fine on stock height?

My car is lowered. If you’re stock you should be ok with a carbon lip on anything but the steepest of driveways.
