Good/Safe Spots for Dragy Pulls

As the title states, looking for good (and safe) spots in the DMV where you can get some Dragy pulls done without having to worry about getting hassled...asking for a friend

One of my friends told me that Clara Barton Pkwy will work at the right times of the day.

they just repaved some portions of that road too!
