It actually surprised me much more light is cast in front of the car. What this coding essentially does is use the existing cornering lamps we (us LED folk) have and make them do 2 things: turn them both on & increase them to 100%. You then use the switch above the Rear Foglight switch to activate it.

This definitely makes the Led Lighting Package worth getting even more

Special thanks to larrylam646 for discovering the idea!

I just added the front fog button to my switch panel - confirming Australian spec cars with factory full adaptive leds enabled and rear fog does have the led behind the front fog blank button

I can't seem to find this coding in expert mode in BimmerCode app, if someone has found it please let me know, otherwise any coders want to set me up with a remote session

Anyone know what the cornering settings for FLE 43 & FLE 44 would be for those of us with MY18?

Did some digging yesterday with no luck so far but I may have overlooked the obvious.

Its used to level the headlights on vehicles that have halogen headlights and dont have the auto-leveling feature. - I had hoped to figure a way to use this as a dimmer control for an accessory but wasnt able to figure a way to do so.

MY18 doesn’t have cornering lights. Instead, our LED lights swivel when turning the wheel. Each headlight consists of DRL, 2 High Beams, 2 Low Beams, Indicator and Side Marker elements. Outer High Beams also swivel outwards when coded for Non Glare High Beams and following traffic.

Thanks for the response Peter! Could not find this information or explanation anywhere. I get it now, I was not aware we were dealing with apples and oranges.

Is it safe to the Icon LED's probably do not have an adverse weather mode?

You are awesome, thanks Almaretto.

When enabling the front fog switch as per instructions on beginning of thread, does the bad weather setting get tied to front fog switch functionality or does it stay on as default?

So if LHM isn't listed here I have no luck - I thought it might be within one of these modules

Has anyone been able to confirm that the Bimmercode app is able to turn on the front fog light on the new LCI2 Icon LED headlights?

I saw a post mentioning that the fogs seems to turn off at highway speeds?

Thanks,
Alan

It's my understanding that LCI II doesn't have separate cornering lights, so this is inapplicable to us

Sorry to revive an old thread, but it just purchased the Euro headlight switch off a forum member and would like to know if anyone has successfully coded the front fog light with BimmerCode?
