Wireless Carplay MMI box and Reverse Camera

Hi just wondering if anyone knows if I can use a 720p reverse camera with the standard NBT 8.8" screen ?

I will be using a wireless carplay MMI box to connect the camera to the NBT system, so I don't know if the MMI box will convert the 720p signal from the camera to the correct resolution for the screen, hopefully someone here knows the answer.

I believe the resolution of the screen is 1280x480 and obviously 720p is 1280x720.

There are so many different reverse camera's out there and most of them are listed as being 628 x 586 pixels and if these work correctly, then I am assuming the MMI box (or the screen itself) is capable of resizing the picture to display correctly ?
