Based on ya #'s this car should run faster, what's limiting it? Amazing this platform has come this far already and props to you for being a pioneer. Good luck moving forward.

Curious....did you mod the DCT because you had to due to issues or you just wanted it to shift even faster and be more reliable down the road?

I was eyeing the re-11's or 71's but there weren't to many sizes available yet in the 71's
Thanks man, I'm in Woodbury so not too far. I recommend the RE-71r, they hook really well. I'm running 255/40r/19 in the front, and 275/35r/19 in the rear. I plan on moving up to the 285/35r/19 in the rear once my current ones are worn out.

I use a Sony A7R II w/FE 24-70mm lens. I use an Westcott Icelight 2 to light up the car and use Pocketwizard's to trigger the camera while I'm "painting" All shots in RAW. Nothing is done in Lightroom. Only Photoshop.

The 60' is limiting the car from better 1/4 times. Another major factor is fueling/timing. On the dyno, the car can make pretty numbers, but putting that power down at the track is a different story. Need's a back end flash to fully utilize the turbos potential.

I upgraded the DCT because the stock clutch would've slipped at these power levels instantly. The DCT MUST be upgraded to handle the added power. Doesn't affect shift speed at all.

Such a sick build! 133mph is moving! Doesn't look like the turbos lag much for a 700whp car, incredible!

How did you launch your car like that? The line lock letting you brake stand or from the sound of it a 2 step?

Nice build. I'd have expected better numbers with that power, however. Were your runs done in the 703whp state of tune?

This is awesome. Congratulations!!! 10 second range is definitely something to be proud of. I could not get there with my 4400lb boat. I would probably cover up your plates in the pictures and video. You never know who is looking at that stuff nowadays.

Thanks for the response, I figured there was something. Based on the traps once you tighten a few things up a bit more I'm sure she'll run a solid low 10.

Awesome build man, sick numbers on the track too that's impressive.

What is not however is the utterly terrible sound the car still makes! God damn BMW wtf?
