So just researching tires for my upcoming Richland Forged 18x9.5 et 22 front and 18x11 et 44 set. Yes they are offering 18” now. Lowered on MP HAS, and running-2.4 camber up front. Like the tread width to be about the same as the rim width, so that it does not bulge or stretch.

Seems like Michelin PSS or Yok A052 are in that target. Any other recommendations/thoughts? Will be summer daily and maybe an HDPE or two.

Hi, what suspension mods did you have to do to fit this setup?

Thanks! Did the P4S run wider or narrower than PSS?

Guys, I'm thinking going to 18s. I suspect that a little bit of lowering will be needed to fill the wheel gap (thinking of running 18/265/40 F and 18/295/35 rear). Been pondering on Eibachs.

Did you all have to lower the car to fill the wheel gap? Just want to confirm before I decided on a path.

For all of you who've made the switch and are lowered, is the ride more planted and compliant in general? Appreciate all the inputs.

I ran that set up (A052's) on my M4. It worked but I don't think it really does anything that a 265/35,295/30 doesn't already do. Plus, the 265/40 looks really weird. It looked like a front wheel drive drag car.

A couple of observations, the stock diameters for the competition package are 26.3” front and 26.8” rear. The sizes you quote would be 26.5” front and 26.2” rear, so the front is now larger than the rear. The front would look filled a little more, but still have the gap and gap at the rear would be larger than stock. I have the BMW MP HAS kit to lower mine.
