RHD custom floor mats with M/// stitching (Round 5)

Ok Guys,

Going to look at doing a 5th round group buy of these mats as I've had some further interest.

I already have enough interest from another facebook group, so this will be definitely going ahead.
The issue we have at the moment is due to COVID-19, my suppliers preferred shipping company (DHL) have suspended their shipping from Germany to Australia for the time being.
My supplier is keeping a close eye on the situation and will inform me when the channel reopens.
So for now, I will gather as much interest as I can, so that when we are back in business, we can get the ball rolling quickly.

If you are interested, please follow the link and add you name to the list in the appropriate format:

Cheers,
Damien

Hey I've look through the thread you've referred to in your post.

I was wondering how these matts lock with the floor? The velco on my oem matts keep coming off my matt so the matt is sliding around all the time. Might also be because my car is manual.

These mats also have the velcro pad just like OEM, however these mats also have a very good anti-slip backing. I had a set on my E93 for a few years and i never had the velcro pads in mine, and the never moved for me.

Ok Guys. It looks like we are back in business as far as shipping is concerned.
So what I am going to do is start contacting everyone who has shown their interest to collect funds.
I will leave the group buy open until the end of the month, and on the 1st of August, I will be placing the order.
So if you have been sitting on the fence about this, now is the time to make a decision.

No, my car was a DCT, but forever moving right foot for braking.
And i dont know of anyone who rests their heel on the floor in between clutching, thats what the foot rest is for.
But in saying that, if it is that much of a concern, did the M4 come with a locating/locking tab option instead of velcro?

No it didn't. Hence I wanted to know if this was an improvement over oem.

Well so far i have had no complaints about mat slippage at all, and all have only ever had the velcro pads on the back side.
And these have been bought by guys who really like to push their cars as well.
M3s, M2s, 1Ms, 335s, 135s, M140i etc. all varying between auto, DCT and Manual.
My car never even had the velcro pads on the floor, so the velcro pads on the mat were never even utilised, and they still never slipped for me.

Unfortunately my supplier is yet to get the templates for the F82.
I just recently had a customer who wanted some for his F30, and my supplier didnt have the templates, but he was willing to take templates of his original OEM mats and send them to me, so I could forward them on to my supplier to have them made.
I can do the same for you if you like.
And I can offer a little incentive for your help as well, as it would help other in the future if they want some for their F82.

Hi Guys, just a bit of a quick update.
The mats are currently in the middle of production.
All but one set have been cut out (still waiting for templates to arrive in germany).
All those with heel pads are currently having them secured to the mats.
All those without heel pads are currently having the edging applied.
So hopefully the last set of templates arrives in the next week or so.
Production should be finished in around 2 weeks (provided the templates turn up in time), and then shipping to Australia can commence.
A couple of things had slowed the production process, one being COVID, another being that this is a sizeable order compared to previous orders. But also, it is their summer over in Germany, so a few people are on leave.
But things are progressing.
As soon as I have confirmation that shipping will commence, I will let everyone know
Thank you for being patient.
