Should I go with BM3 stage1 93 octane or 91 octane?

Hi, GUYs, I just got my licenses from N54.com, and I am wondering should I go with BM3 stage1 93octane or 91octane? Is there a huge gap? (wHP&wTP), and i will also install DP in the next few days. Living in RAINcouver area (Vancouver)
