I've seen Azurite Black many many times. I honestly think that it is too similar to Carbon Black. Plus if you are not viewing Azurite Black in the sunlight at the right angle or at a close distance it can appear as just another black color. AB is sometimes too subtle to make it stand out. It is nice but I'd couldn't see myself paying $1,800 for it.

Looks fantastic! Is this anything close to Jerez Black?

Congrats! What a beautiful color combo. It seems the darker the color of the body the more emphasis is put on the wheels. Time for some BBS and a drop.

Congratulations samb95.
You have good taste in the choice of his car and most of his color. Azurite Black is breathtakingly spectacular with light changes depending on where you are. I'm glad you bought an Individual color. Azurite Black with its characteristic mixture of indigo, ultramarine and dark blue . Enjoy the power of the M3. Last edited by Pure; 09-01-2014 at 01:53 PM.. |

Incredible color and outside it really shines (pun intended!)
For comparison, in the photo below, the F10 is Imperial Blue, the E92 is Monaco Blue and the F25 is Carbon Black. Have not been able to time it right where they all are freshly washed and get good sunlight photos - only have a two car garage. AB looks like Jerez Black and Monaco blue had a baby

It looks amazing somewhat reminds me of Orient Blue but a shade or two darker.

Looks fantastic. I am on the fence between this color and tanzanite. I have some time to go back and forth so who knows what I will end up with. Thanks for sharing. I would love to hear how it is to care for in a few months and also if you get a clear bra please post photos.
