Fix stock EDC suspension for $2K or ???
Ever since I got this car, I've been getting chassis malfunctions (among other issues). The dealer checked everything out and says it's due to the previous owner/shop doing damage to the struts, sensors, wires, alignment when removing them (I'm 99% sure the previous owner had some aftermarket suspension on it) and/or installing them.
The issue is the dealer wants me to pay $2K to fix the all the damage in the front struts caused by the past owner to get everything back to stock spec and operation. Once that is completed they will do everything under warranty moving forward. The issue is I have a hair over 5K miles left on the factory warranty and really don't want to spend $2k MORE out of pocket on this car's suspension just to have it back to stock for 5k more miles. I'm leaning towards a full coilover kit for the car now. What would you all do? Suggestions on coilover kits would be nice too!!! TIA!!

Ohlins/JRZ, etc. $2k gets you pretty damn close to a nice coilover setup.
Personally that's where I'll be heading in a couple of years. Code out the EDC or run emulators, whatever that solution is.

Find a different dealer and get it all fixed under warranty. Those errors are likely the 2 front strut sensors. They have a history of going bad. I just replaced both of mine under warranty.
