Oh yeah, around when for the headlights? Any idea how much the new headlights will cost and will you provide everything needed outside of coding for a plug and play set up? Thanks!

Coding took only 5 min.
I spoke with the guy from bmwretrofit.it, he was very kind and agreed to code it remote but i found someone near me that made the coding.

Hey there DZU, its hard to find the parts, at least from my smartphone, before I go looking for all the parts needed, (do you have a list of all the part numbers by chance) could you let us know or PM what all the needed parts would cost? Thanks!

*The total is around 2300-2400 / for one complete headlight. So total cost would be around 4800 euro.
But i belive you must pay customs, too.
I think you better wait because USA prices are always cheaper.

IND said they will carry the M4 LCI headlights kit soon, Im hoping its at a reasonable price so we will see.

I have an early 2017 M3 LCI 1 (jan build march delivered), already has adaptive LED - does anyone know if you need extension harness for LCI 2 lights and recoding - or supported out of box with just new lights? Is all this coding / harness for non existing adaptive LED?

When you swap from old version LED to new version only coding is necessary...

Heard they have new light modules for the lci leds. Will it still be fairly easy? Will we need to swap in new modules?

Correct.

Dealers do programming using the OEM system. There is no OEM retrofit of the LCI2 headlights therefore no dealer programming. Coding has to be done by a third-, non-OEM party.
