do the OEM midpipes fit in f80?

Do the stock midpipes fit inside the car? Looking to have them swapped outa town and not 100% sure. Seems it should be possible, but want to confirm if anyone has done it?

Yes it will fit in both m3 or m4 just be careful when you load and unload especially with the front seats, armrest, and rear bumper

Is it in a spot that it would get annoying after several hours of driving?

Havent bought pipes yet. I am having my crank hub done outa town in a few weeks. Figured i would have them install AA midpipes at the same time. Going to have them cut at the standard spots.

Dunno about stock but I transported the AA midpipe that was unopened still in a box in my M, just had to move the passenger seat forward a couple of inches.

My M3 thinks it's a pickup truck

A major part of why i got a m3 over a caymen or 911 was being able to fit a 4x12 guitar stack in my car if needed.... Equal balance of priorities i guess... ha

Garage List
2022 BMW X3  [9.83]
2015 BMW M3  [6.50]
I had the AA midpipe installed a few months ago, and the stock setup is pretty long - close to 9 ft. from the downpipe flange to where it's cut in front of the muffler. with the seats down in back, and something covering the armrest, it might fit. But, I left it at the shop and came back with a friend in his pickup to bring it home. It's standing in a corner of my garage.

Bubble wrap it - thats what i did with mine before transporting as not to damage the interior and so that it doesnt clunk around.

I did successfully fit the oem midpipe inside my car for anyone else reading this in the future. There was about a inch from the center front controls. Tight fit but was no issue driving several hours.
