Are you sure the power lead into the fuse block is fully inserted?

Good question, wiring's not my thing either... I monkey'd around with that quite a bit, I think it's the way it should be. At some point will probably snap a pic and ask you guys to opine. Doesn't seem like rocket science, though I've made dumber mistakes.

if you pull the fuse you should see the lead pushed all the way up. I needed to use a small screw driver to get it in. Couldn't do it pushing the wire on its own. Should be a good click once it goes.

I had to pull the brown block section out of the main block to connect the lead. Then reassemble.

She's purring now! This was the ticket, just didn't have the lead clicked in properly I guess.
