Camshaft Vanos bolts NM torque

I need some little help
Here .
What is the torque for camshaft Vanos in a bmw f80 s55 engine.
Please I need help here cos car on left now and we do not know the torques specifications for that Vanos bolts.

Your meant to renew the bolt but the specs are as follows -

Stage 1: 20nm (14.7 ft lbs)
Stage 2: 180 degrees

Same for both the bolts

He sounds confused... Might be easier to list it as 20nm + 180 degrees

i cant confirm the torque spec, just going by MrJnw97's #s
