I’ve had an f82 for a few years now and needed my windscreen replaced thanks to a beefy rock from a truck on a highway. Dealership arranged the replacement and gave me a 2020 330 loaner. No question: nice car, great highway cruiser. But it is not an M. That feel everyone talks about above? It’s real.

back in july i went from a 330i F80(?) manual to F82 M4, the difference is night and day and not just the power, the handling is sharper and the overall feel is ace.

Do it

Definitely, M3 to be practical, M4 for pure sport

Previous cars have been 95 M3 Supercharged and Meth injected, Two E46's M3s tuned.

I swore I would never get into anything BMW post 2013 - "Too big, not raw enough, I hate them."

Well low ad behold my 03 M3 got flooded and totaled recently. Saw a YMB M4 for sale... took the leap.

I'll never go back as far as a daily is concerned. It's the perfect car IMO if you're looking for something that you can highway cruise to work and put it into Sport+ on the weekends for fun.

The E46 M3 will stay in my heart and I'll eventually add one back to the stable.... but it will be a weekend car and not the DD as I anticipated. I'll be sticking with the M4

BUY ONE!

Sorry for the late response but I am currently negotiating a deal on it. Just working out some minor details.

Not that the M4 is uncomfortable, IMO it's just a tad harsher than a regular 3 series but that's part of the fun really.
My dad has the C63 AMG, and he's getting rid of it because he wants something more comfortable. I've rode in and driven both cars more than once and, to me, the seating in the M4 is much more comfortable than the C63, but to each their own. Just my opinion

One of my best friends worked for MB; shop foreman.

He said he would never by the C63 or E63 cause the ride is so harsh and they get a lot of customers bending rims.

Conversely he said my F80 is way more comfortable and has a better balance of sport suspension and daily comfort.

I'm on the OEM 18's 30 PSI all four corners

Hi everyone 😀
Owner of an M4 Performance package and i love it. Add a few mod , make it look like you want .The look , the drive , the handling , the confort and the reliability , i think it is the best for the price. Looking at the new one, i'm keeping this one for a while 🥰
Carbon kit + AA midpipe + Eisennman black exhaust, vroumm , vroumm !! 😂
