Greetings from Plano

Quick intro thread! New to the forum, not new to M cars (previously owned e92 and e46 ///M.)

Just picked up a 2015 mineral white f82 vert and located in east Plano. Ordered gloss back kidney grill surrounds and side pieces. Hope to be involved in the community more with baby-life permitting.

Would love to hear more about common do's and don'ts and learn about the car if anyone has experiences to share.

No i have a YMB M3 but it's currently in the shop for custom exhaust work

You should join the NorthTexasBimmersClub fb page. bunch of local bmw owners on there. and you may have seen me yesterday

Just joined earlier, thanks! And yes, car looked beautiful. Didnt get to see your wheels clearly but from behind it looked like you were dropped with spacers? If I recall correctly the same car came out of the neighborhood right next to mine... Plano/Murphy area? Lmk if thats you and we can certainly connect sometime.

You should join M Gruppe. We do a monthly meet up before cars and coffee in Plano the first Saturday of every month. PM and I can give you more info about M Gruppe (it's free) and referral stuff.

I just got my new 18 Alpine White M3 ZCP in May.
Went to Cars & Coffee this month and parked near a few M3's before walking around. By the time I walked back to my car they were all gone so I didn't get a chance to meet anyone.

and yup I live in Murphy off of Murphy rd and Betsy. I just bought the m3 last week, it is lowered but I'm not sure if it has spacers lol. I was planning on getting a little bit bigger spacers. But yeah I live in Murphy, I'm always in that area. I just installed black grills and the m color logos on the grill too this past weekend.

Nice! Same here, I had a 15' IS350 F sport, but M is night and day difference. Don't see myself going back to Lexus now.

Some of us do, but we do not have a specific privilege there. For C&Coffee we meet up at a Starbucks and then get let into the lot before any other car is. We are always the first ones in the lot and have a designated parking area.

Haha yeah I came from a 14 IS350 non f sport. Was looking at RCF for awhile bit couldn't make myself like one enough to buy it

Yeah same here, I like how the RCF looks but after driving it, wasn't too impressed. M3/M4 is a lot more fun
