2016 F83 Leak

Dumb luck that I was looking for something this weekend that I thought rolled underneath my car and found this leak. It's not oily, more like a light greenish or yellowish liquid. Looked under the hood and saw this area with some dried up stuff. Does anyone know what this is? Thanks in advance.

Looks like your coolant expansion tank is leaking.
